As an Intuitive Doula with extensive experience in both medical and private settings, I bring a unique blend of expertise to guide expectant parents through the journey of pregnancy and childbirth. With a background as a midwife and my current role as a Labour Ward Coordinator , I possess a deep understanding of the medical aspects of childbirth, allowing me to provide informed support and guidance. As my transition from medical midwifery to spiritual doula care unfolded, I underwent a profound shift in perception. I delved deeper into my studies as a psychic reader at Psychic College in South Kensington, I underwent a profound transformation in how I perceived birth. I began to view the birthing process through a more spiritual lens, recognising nuances and details that surpassed the limitations of conventional medical guidelines. It became apparent to me that the holistic needs of women in labour were not always adequately addressed within the confines of NHS protocols. Embracing my newfound perspective, I shifted my focus to providing spiritual support as a doula. My role evolved to encompass not only physical assistance but also emotional and spiritual guidance throughout the birthing journey. I tapped into my intuitive abilities to offer personalised care that honoured the individual needs and desires of each expectant parent. Here’s what I offer: Prenatal Services and Birth: - Two Prenatal Visits: During these visits, we’ll assess your needs and preferences for birth, establish mutual expectations, and equip you with valuable tools for labour and birth. - Birth Preference Assistance: I’ll help you clarify your birth preferences and guide you through building a birth plan that aligns with your wishes. - Continuous Support During Labour: Throughout labour and birth, both you and your partner will receive unwavering physical, emotional, and informational support to help you achieve the birth experience you envision. - Initial Breastfeeding Support: Right after birth, I’ll assist to ensure your baby latches on properly and support the initiation of breastfeeding. - Postnatal Follow-Up Visit: Following the birth of your baby, postnatal follow-up visits to celebrate the birth of your baby and answer any questions you have during the early postnatal period. - Phone or Zoom Support: Feel free to book phone or Zoom calls at any time for questions, suggestions, and support throughout your pregnancy.
